First off if he didn't want children, he should have used protection. So he needs to take responsibility. If I were you I would just sit him down and say I've been feeling really weird, I think I may be pregnant and take a test in front of him. As for maternity leave you only get 6 to 8 weeks after baby is born and you can work till the day you have that baby as long as your pregnancy is healthy. You will be fine. :) my husband works full time for me, one on the way, and two toddlers and we have everything we need. But I would act like I didn't know quite yet, have a test handy and take it while he is there. I really wouldn't think he would leave after two years, but if he does, you got this! :)

I am looking for some suggestions. Timing must be no less than 30 minutes, no more than 40 minutes. I was told not to simply lecture the whole time (wasn't planning to). They are looking more at how I engage students, and my organization/ clarity. I'm not asking for help on the mechanics, but some general activities/lab to do. I am assuming I have no materials to work with other than a black board, and very little prep time before the lesson begins.
