Seriously, can someone tell me why I'm not losing weight?

Change up your routine. Try different exercises, and start some light weight lifting. The body starts to adjust after the first few weeks which is why you have "plateaued." I wouldn't recommend a diet much less than 1350 calories, but if you can switch to "brown" carbs (wheat bread, brown rice) instead of "white" carbs, that will help too.
