I'm engaged and I'm 3 weeks pregnant and....?

I wanna know if I can keep my baby, I have little experience on babies, I never babysat but I can learn when I have my baby and my mom said she would be willing to help me out until I got the hang of it, even though I have little experience will my doctors let me keep my baby? I want it sooo bad!!!! Do I have to take a parent test before I can keep the baby?
