Is he going to ask me out?

So my friend's ex was at this concert I was going to. I thought he was cute for a long time (ever since the two started dating, in the friend way). But, at this concert I noticed that he was actually quite attractive. So we talked a lot before the show with all of our other friend's. He seemed to be getting kinda feely with my friend Meghan (not the same girl that dated him) . But he really was just goofing around. After that he started saying things like "Well scoot over", or he'd just scoot me. When the concert was about to start, Meghan was saying; "Looks at the butt I have", and we were all really close packed, and he was behind me. He then grabbed my butt and said "Well I have this one", and let his fingers slowly glide down to his sides. Then during the mosh he has his hands gently on my shoulder to make sure i did not go anywhere from bumping. Then slowly as it went on he was just really comfortable with touching my shoulders. He then shortly after glided his hands down to my waist soon in a hull on hug from the back. Then after the show I texted him when I had to go, and he said he wanted to kiss me, that he likes me, and would do it but he doesn't want to hurt his long-distance girlfriend (he has and never will see her, it sounded like she was not that important). We are still talking a lot, and I asked him what a big decision he was making was in the question game. He then said I don't want to say but so i'll go with what to make for dinner. And now we are still talking. Is he going to ask me out of what is going on D: Btw, I am 16, he is 15 almost 16.
