Play TV in australia issue?

Hello, recently I have been watching Play TV, SBS seems to be having a big issue in signal. I have an outdoor antenna. Ive checked all my equipment. When I lost signal badly, the info bar popped up and said "scrambled programme" on it. then it came back to normal. Its weird drop outs. Not for any other channel as of yet. seems good except for usual dropouts to wind etc. Whats going on???
