Just be natural, do what your brain tells you to do, and say what your brain tells you to say. I helped a friend once with a girl, he always wanted to prepare everything he said to her. You should just go to her and talk about whatever comes to mind, same with if you call her. Even if you do prepare something, you would most probably not even say what you planned on saying anyway. If you really want to know if she likes you or not, just ask her, but something very important is don't ask her things like that over the phone, don't ask her out over the phone too. Girls HATE that.
