Guy I just met doesnt seem as interested?

Weeell im 7 months pregnant and the father left me for his ex n after being sad for so long I met a guy who liked me pregnant or not :) we agreed we both didnt want to date at the moment but would "talk" at first he was so sweet and always texted and payed attention to my belly too!he played music for her it was cute. He asked what my favorite restaurant was and he told me he was goin to take me there. But we saw a movie at his place a few ddays ago and Im still kinda shy around him and hell end up poking my belly or my face and Idk what to say x_x he holds my hand n scoots close to me buuut after that night which was maybe a week ago he doesnt text as much and usually hell ask to go eat or hang out but after asking what im doing he says hes at his dads and yesterday he apologized for not talking as much cause hes been having a hard time at work. Today he said they cut his pay n was upset :( he said he was at his dads again today...idk if im being played or wat I havent said much cause I dont wanna seem clingy or if I should ask if hes not intetested n get it over with or leave it alone?? Ugh its killing me.
