Where can a young dude like me meet a nice girl?

Im 19 and Im out of college for the summer. Ive never been well-experienced in dating and flirting. So I have a hard time meeting girls and ive only had a few girlfriends in my life. Not that it matters but its been a while and i think im now ready for a good relationship with a nice girl, well id like one. Im extremely attracted to asian girls, any kinda places i could go to that would help? any kinda activities i can engage in that would help me? ive never been good at making an approach to a girl ive been attracted to.
