Car with the most legroom?

I currently have a volvo wagon. After my second baby I noticed I can't fit my family in the car. With two carseats and a tall husband the people in front have to scoot the seats too far forward to allow room for the carseats in the back. I am 5'10" with long legs and in every car i've ever had have driven with the seat back as far as it can go. My husband is the same way and is 6'4". I'm looking for something small like the volvo with more front and rear legroom. I'd like something that also gets decent mileage. Any suggestions?
