What do I do? Schools over?

soo theres this guy ive known since 7th grade and i haven't really noticed him before until recently and hes always poking me, annoying me, bothering me, teasing me, touching me, making dirty jokes at me,sits next to me in lunch and when i scoot over he comes even closer, whenever our arms hands anything r touching non of us bother moving them, he pushes his leg against mine when he sits next to me and i do the same back , he plays with my hair and hands, hes complimented me like twice and um he also asked me to the movies i could not go to so after that the next two days at school he sat and flirted with my friend and whenever i looked their way he would look at me and i didn't show it bothered me but eventually he came back to me and i texted him and he is so BORING over text but he put winks and stuff and then like he texted me again a few days ago asking me what r u doing today sucks i couldn't do anything and now schools over i have no way of seeing him what do i do
