I'm in mu 20s, small for my age, usually I get this way right before my period, but this is a different story. Ive been munching on food allll day long today! When I stop I crave more. Everything Ive been snacking on has been pretty healthy, like carrot sticks, radishes, had a some scrambled egg whites with peppers, turkey slices, a peach, and dehydrated papaya chunks, but ivee been eating it all day. Why do I keep craving food? And I am not pregnant.
