Can scrambled eggs make a stomach bug worse?

My 18 month old has barely eaten anything in 4 days due to a stomach bug. I've been feeding him the BRAT diet but he's refusing them because he has no appetite and he's sick of the BRA & T. I made scrambled eggs and he was crying and crying for some. Well about 7 hours later he started throwing up again after not throwing up for days. Was it the eggs you think? He's so tiny already and has lost a lot of weight from this bug.
