University plans for undergraduate teaching degree in Ontario, Canada?

So im going into grade 12 in a Hamilton Catholic school this upcoming school year and i've been weighing my option whether i should just dedicate myself getting the marks necessary to go to Brock University in St. Catherines. But I have a teacher who studied at Mcmaster and took his one year of teacher's college in Brock. Although he double major in english and history, is it possible that there are related program in General science teaching (teaching all sorts of science such as biology, anatomy, little bit of chemisty and physics for like grade 5-6 or grade 9-10). I'm planning to major in general science and minor in geography. Please help me. I dont wanna scramble not knowing what to do during the school year. At least I have time to make changes if necessary. Thanks
