Do you get the impression that he likes me?! Relationship?

So there's this boy I met at a fraternity party. He was newly initiated and we didn't really talk that night. About a week later my roommate has her birthday party and he comes because he is best friends with our neighbor (their in the same frat.) I wasn't dancing because no one else was dancing and he asked me why I wasn't dancing I just smiled and said no one else is! Then later on the two boys were in my room talking to our other friends and I and then they started walking out I followed and said, "Where are you guys going? :)" and then he took my hand for like 10 seconds and said I dont know, come with us! We just went back to the living room to alk to the rest of the guests. At another party the very next weekend the neighbor (Marcus) texts my roommate and asks what we were doing that night, then they came to he party we were at. He an I danced for like six straight songs and held hands while we were dancing. Cops came so we all went back to our apartment to find another party to go to but ended up making quesadillas. And just last night, he texts my roommate (he doesnt have my number) and asked what was going on tonight and she told him "a party, come with us!" and he said he was down. He came by himself (in a car full of girls) to the party with us. He made fun of my parking,and opened my car door for me. I didnt bring my purse in and he offered to hold my keys for me. We played against eachother at beer pong and I trolled so I was supposed to sit under the table. I said no but he put his arms around me to try to take me down. Later, I was sitting down and then got up, he took my seat and i just gave him a silly look. He then scooted as much as he could over and gestured for me to sit down. I declined (I dont know why!!) and then he got up right after saying he was just joking around and that I could have my seat back. Finally, we were back at our dorm center (he lives in another building) and he didn't go home, he came up to my room. We just talked about my sorority and his fraternity and normal stuff like that. My roommate was in the room so I dont know if that made a difference. It was almost 3 AM and he had a final later on at 3PM. I told him to go home so he could rest up( Idont like to be clingy) and he said no, he wakes up early when he goes to sleep late. About 20 minutes later he says he has to go cause his roommate was locked out of his dorm. HE DIDNT HUG ME GOODBYE!! JUST WALKED OUT. I texted him today (got his # from my roommate) "good luck on your final! :) " he said thanks..who is this? i said safiya! and he said "ooh! Thanks lol. i didnt reply. uggggh I can never tell if he is being flirty or not or if thats just how he is. We've only hung out three times and we've only hugged once. It was a half hug too (not sober.) I cant tell at all what he thinks about me. Do you get the impression he likes me?
