Help with my "xtreme scooters" 150cc scoot?

I have a jmstar YY150T-4 150cc. on the ignition it has a place that says "lock" i tried to turn the key that way hoping it locked the steering mechanism cuz i think someone messed with my scoot cuz the wrong kickstand was down. But i just broke the key's plastic part off... Does anyone who has one know if it has this lock/ how to use it. its a 2008. Thanks
